Desde o inicio de Agosto de 2010 que se ouve rumores que a Apple conseguiu finalmente colocar à venda o iPhone na China sem que tenha que ceder a terceiros ou importadores. Já no próximo Sábado, 25 de Setembro, o iPhone 4 estará disponível na China. Ao contrario da maioria de outros países, o iPhone chega uma semana depois do iPad que vai ter que concorrer com todas as outras alternativas (mais baratas).
O iPhone entra com preços de 565€ (16GB) e 680€ (32GB) e o iPad a 450€ (16GB), 540€ (32GB) e 631€ (64GB). Os preços do iPhone são SEM assinatura pois a Apple não vai os ter na sua Apple Store mas vão estar disponíveis através da China Unicom sem que se saiba ainda com que preço.

iPhone 4 will be sold in China through Apple’s retail stores for a suggested retail price of CNY4,999 for the 16GB model and CNY5,999 for 32GB model without a contract.
